What happens if some of the items in my order are out of stock?
If the product is out of stock, we will contact you within the same day. You may choose to cancel out-of-stock products or the entire order.
If we do not receive your response within 2 days, we will cancel your order and refund you.

Please note that we only refund you with a Bagg gift card. You can use the gift card to pay for future orders.
